What are Audit Scoring Tags?

Audit Scoring Tags are a way of creating themes which link together audit components across multiple sections.

Scoring tags are a way of creating themes which link together audit scored responses. For example, you might have 7 scored responses that are all for Traffic Management. These could even be across many different sections within an Audit (for example, if your Audit was sectioned by Areas). As an example, you could create a tag called 'Traffic Management', and link each relevant component in each section to the tag. This then groups these components to see a collated score for all responses tagged accordingly.

How to Create and Manage Scoring Tags?

To create or manage your Scoring Tags you must first head to settings in the bottom left corner of your portal page. Once here scroll down to the Audit section and select the Scoring Tags section.

From here, you can edit any existing Scoring Tags or Create new ones. To create a new Scoring Tag select the button that says Add Scoring Tag at the top left of the page.

This will then open a window for you to create and name your own scoring tag to be used in your Audits.

Once you've entered your chosen name, press Save Tag for it then show in the list of available tags.

How do I associate a Scoring Tag within an Audit?

When editing your Audit Type, you can associate one or many scoring tags against a Scored Response component. This is done through the component's settings modal. Select the appropriate tags here for your tag to be displayed alongside the Audit's score.
