How Do I Carry Out an Audit through the Gateway?

Audits can be carried out by external contacts through the Site Gateway.

To get started, scan the QR Code for the Site Gateway or by following the gateway URL. After scanning, the gateway may ask you to enter the 5-digit access pin. Then it will prompt you to select your Company.

After you have selected your Company, if you are a new contact, simply choose 'Register contact'.

Select Site Audits this will display the Audits for this site. To create an audit, click "New Audit" in the top-right corner.

You will then select the Audit Type you'd like to proceed with. If your Audit Type has many sections, these will be shown for you to choose which you'd like to include in your Audit. Sections that are disabled have been mandated by your Wallet Administrator and must be included in your report.

Press Begin Audit to start, where you will then populate your Audit Summary. This provides further information about your Audit such as the site location and specific area.

In Progress

Depending on how your Audit has been configured, there may be additional sections and questions for you to complete, see below for an example.

For any question you can add notes and images. These are where you may want to expand with further information within your responses along the way. In the audit there may be some questions where it is mandatory to add a image or note.

Once you have started your Audit Workflow you can either Save & Exit to save your progress and return to it later, or you can select Review Audit once completed to save your responses and progress the Audit to 'Ready for Review'.

If you try to progress your Audit to review, without completing all required responses, you will see validation errors highlighted for each section and individual component that is missing information.

Ready for Review

When the Audit is Ready for Review, the PDF document will generate with your responses for you to review before completing and distributing the report. When you're happy with the completed document, you can mark the Audit as Complete for it to automatically share with the contacts you selected at the start.
