How Do I Create An Audit Schedule?
You may want to create a weekly, daily or annual inspection schedule for yourself of your colleagues, you can set up a start / end date with a wide range of frequencies.
To start the creation of your schedule, first locate yourself to your Audit module and select the Schedules tab:
Select Create Schedule.
You will then populate the details of your Schedule, providing a name and start date. Your end date field is not mandatory, this can be left blank if you wish for it to continue without an end date.
Make sure to detail if your schedule is site specific, job specific or allocated to a general location.
Once you are happy with the data and all mandatory field have been populated,
You'll be able to continue to create the schedule:
The Audit will now roll out the day of the inspection, please note your scheduled Audit will not show in your "Planned & In-Progress" tab until the day your inspection is due. The system will generate your Audit based on the time it has been set for.
