How Do I Lock/Unlock an Individual Issue?

If you want to restrict who can see the detail a specific issue you can lock that issue so that only wallet admins and other named users can open it.

To lock an issue, go to the issue reporting page of the portal, this can be found under the Health and Safety section on the navigation menu.

Find the issue that you want to lock and click the reference number of the issue to open it. On the report details tab down on the bottom right you will find a grey lock icon, click on the lock

This will bring up a window for you to select which users other than wallet admins should still be able to open and view the issue.

Add in the relevant users and then click Lock Issue. For users who are not wallet admins or one of the named users that you have chosen, the issue will display as locked for them and they won't be able to click on the reference number to open and view the issue.

To unlock an issue a wallet admin or one of the users that was selected to still be able to view the locked issue can go to the issue reporting page.

Then open the issue by clicking on the reference number of the issue. At the bottom of the report details tab you will find a grey button with a unlock icon.

This will bring up a window where to can change the users who can view the details of the locked issue or unlock the issue.
