How do I manage how often users have to log into their app?

Please note : Feature is only available on the online portal and Wallet administration access required.

Navigate to the settings icon located in the left-hand navigation panel at the bottom:

While in the settings section, go to 'Work Wallet Setup' and then select 'Mobile Device Management':

Within this section, navigate to the 'Expiry' section where you can customize the number of days users can access the app offline and the duration before requiring a login again.

After customizing the number of days, remember to click on the 'Save' button located at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
