# How Do I Set Up Auto Enrolment for Users or Contacts?

## Auto enrolment can be used to streamline what new users or contacts need to do when added to your Work Wallet.

To set up auto enrolement rules you need to be a wallet administrator.

When you go into your settings, and click the **"Auto-enrolment"** option. Here you will be able edit/view any rules previously made or have the ability to create a new one.

If you select **+Create Auto Enrolment Rule**, you will be asked to fill in the required fields.

You will need to give the rule a name, select the user/contact from the drop down list, select the option between created/updated.

You will then have to pick the **Job Role** from the drop down list.

Then choose whether you would like the user/contact to be auto enrolled in the **Briefing, Induction or Risk Assessment.**

After that, you will then chose the **Briefing, Induction or Risk Assessment** you would like them to be enrolled in.
