Audits can be easily created on both the mobile app, and desktop web portal.
Desktop
To carry out an Audit on your desktop you will need to head over to the Health & Safety tab and select Audits. Here you will select Add New Audit.
You will then select an Audit Group (if applicable) and then choose the Audit Type you'd like to proceed with. If your Audit Type has many sections, these will be shown for you to choose which you'd like to include in your Audit. Sections that are disabled have been mandated by your Wallet Administrator and must be included in your report.
Press Begin Audit to start, where you will then populate your Audit Summary. This provides further information about your Audit such as the site location and specific area.
In Progress
Depending on how your Audit has been configured, there may be additional sections and questions for you to complete, see below for an example.
If not mandated, for any question you can optionally submit notes, images and actions. These are where you may want to expand with further information within your responses along the way.
Once you have started your Audit Workflow you can either Save & Exit to save your progress and return to it later, or you can select Review Audit once completed to save your responses and progress the Audit to 'Ready for Review'
If you try to progress your Audit to review, without completing all required responses, you will see validation errors highlighted for each section and individual component that is missing information.
Ready for Review
When the Audit is Ready for Review, the PDF document will generate with your responses for you to review before completing and distributing the report. When you're happy with the completed document, you can mark the Audit as Complete for it to automatically share with the contacts you selected at the start.
Complete (Open) & Closed
Now your Audit is Complete, any actions you have created will become Open and be notified to their relevant assignees. You can only update actions while the Audit is Complete (Open). Once all actions have been completed, the person conducting the Audit will be notified so they can then fully close the report.
