How Do I Complete an Action Close Out Review?

This help article will show you how to complete an action closeout review.

Once an action has been created and a close-out review is required, the page will display as shown below and the action reviewer will be sent an email to notify them. 

From viewing the action, the reviewer click the Close Out Review button and then add any relevant close-out comments and choose to either Approve or Reject the close-out.

If you reject the close out review, thew action closer will receive an email with your rejection comments.

If the close-out is reviewed and accepted, the action page will update to show the final status (close out accepted) , as seen below:
