How do I reset my Contact Pin?

Your contact pin is used when accessing a site gateway or a site kiosk. When you first register or first access a gateway of kiosk you will be asked to set a 4 digit pin.

When you access a site gateway or kiosk you will be asked to enter your 4 digit pin:

If you have forgotten your pin and your a contact rather than a Work Wallet user you will need to Contact a site manager or wallet admin, who has the ability to reset your PIN on your behalf.

Once they’ve reset it, you’ll be able to use your new pin to access the site gateway or kiosk.

If you are a Work Wallet user you can log onto the Work Wallet portal and reset you pin from your user details page and then click save:
