How to send an Error Log from the Work Wallet App

Error Logs help us to investigate any issues you might encounter

If you experience an issue within the Work Wallet app, you can easily send an error log to help our support team investigate.

Sending an Error Log

  1. Open the Work Wallet app.

  2. Tap the More option from the right bottom menu.

  3. Select Help.

  4. You will then see the 'View Error Logs' option.

  5. Select that and if there are any error logs, they’ll appear here.

  6. Click on the error log you wish to share and tap the option to Email Logs — this will open your email client where you can then send the log to support@work-wallet.com.
