How to Send an App Error Log and Bug Report from the Work Wallet app
Error Logs and Bug Reports help us to investigate an issues you might encounter
If you experience an issue within the Work Wallet app, you can easily send an error log or bug report to help our support team investigate.
Sending an Error Log

Open the Work Wallet app.

Tap the More option from the right bottom menu.

Select Help.

You will then see the 'View Error Logs' option.

Select that and if any issues are detected, they’ll appear here.

Tap the option to Email Logs—this will open your email client to send the log to support@work-wallet.com.
Sending a Bug Report
To send a bug report, you follow the same steps as sending an error log. However, after you click the Help option, you will then click 'Send Feedback' underneath the "Send a Bug Report" section.
Enter the relevant information and send the report to support@work-wallet.com.
