How do I create or manage an Audit group?

Audit Groups allow you to collate different Audit Types together so your users can more easily find the correct inspection they're looking for.

To create a new Audit group you, will need to have the Wallet Administrator access level. This will then give you access to your Wallet settings where Audit Groups is available in the Audits section.

Here you can create an Audit Group:

Once you have given your Audit Group a name, you can associate the relevant Audit Types to that group. For example, all Audit Types that are relevant to Environmental can be grouped here.

You can also restrict who can see Audits in this group, by adding job roles. Users will need to be listed on the system with one of the job roles you add in order to be able to conduct Audits included in this group. If you want all users with an audit licence to be able to conduct audit within this group leave the job title field blank.

Ensure to save any changes you have made.
