How to send your device information from the Work Wallet App

Device Information can help us investigate any issues you might encounter

If you experience an issue within the Work Wallet app, you can easily send your device information to help our support team investigate.

Sending a Bug Report

To send your device information, click More in your bottom tabs, then Help.  You can then click 'Send Feedback' underneath the "Send a Bug Report" section.
