What are the Different User Permissions and What Access do they give?

Work Wallet has three data access levels for Users: Standard, Enhanced and Wallet Administrator.

These data access permissions then affect the level of data a user can see against each of the modules the user has been given access too.

For example, if the user has a licence for the Issue Reporting module, they will see the following data based on their access level:

  • All reported issues created by the user.
  • All reported issues reported by the user.
  • All reported issues assigned to the user.
  • All reported issues where the user is an investigation team member.
  • All reported issues where the user is a manager of the site (including, if the reported issue is for a job, the site the job is at).
  • All job reported issues where the user is a manager of the job.
  • All reported issues where the user has been assigned an action.
  • All issues reported by anyone that the user is a line manager of.

Enhanced

  • All reported issues created by the user.
  • All reported issues reported by the user.
  • All reported issues assigned to the user.
  • All reported issues where the user is an investigation team member.
  • All reported issues where the created by or reported by user belongs to the department(s) the enhanced user belongs to.
  • All reported issues where the user is a manager of the site (including, if the reported issue is for a job, the site the job is at).
  • All job reported issues where the user is a manager of the job.
