Our Assets + release on 22/08/26 brought a wide range of updates to the module. Here are the key points to be aware of.
Build Enhanced Asset Workflows
The biggest change is how you can now tailor your Asset Inspection workflows to suit whatever environment you work in. With new components to build nested layers and custom data capture, you'll be able to access a whole host of new information and possibilities from your inspections.

Simplified User Interface
There's a new, clean and easy to use interface for both the portal and mobile app, to allow you to complete your asset inspections with ease!
Assets in the Contractor Gateway
Assets are now available in the Contractor Gateway, giving users quick and easy access to the information they need. Simply scan an asset's QR code or search by its ID to view asset details and complete inspections directly from the Gateway. As Assets is a new feature in this release, you'll need to enable the new setting in the Gateway, as well as set any existing inspection types to 'External' so they can be viewed through the Gateway.

Detailed BI Data
The enhanced information from Assets+ will allow endless possibilities for your custom BI reports ensuring you have the best data, in real-time.
Custom Asset Inspection Templates
Custom templates allow users to upload and manage tailored designs and layouts, replacing the previous system-wide template with more flexible inspection layouts.
AI Image Analysis
Use our AI to instantly analyse photos taken during an inspection - identifying defects, recording observations, or anything that needs attention.
