How Do I Add Records To A Site Diary Through The App?

You can use the Site Diary to keep a record of everything that happens on your site each day. Items that are created using different modules of the system e.g. Accident reports, safety card, permit etc. will automatically appear as entries in your Site Diary. You can also add notes and upload photos for specific dates and times.

Once you have selected the site you would like to access the site diary against, you will then see the shortcut tab called 'site activity' this is the site diary.

When you click the plus icon in the top right hand corner, you will have the option to add a note or to add a photo.

If you choose to add a note, you will be required to select the time of the entry or select the 'all day' toggle, choose the date that you want the note to be added against and then add a title and description followed by clicking save.

To add a photo/s click either 'choose photos' from your camera roll or 'take a photo'. You will be required to select the time of the entry or select the 'all day' toggle, choose the date that you want the photos to be added against then add a description followed by clicking save.

Your entries will then sit under the date and time you selected when adding them to the site diary.

The site diary will also keep a record of any feature updates made on that site and can be filtered by selecting the filter button which is located in the top left hand corner this will allow you to adjust the checklist to include/exclude specific activities from the site diary.
