Scored Response sets are customisable scored options for your users to choose from when completing an Audit.
Scored response sets have replaced the system default checklist responses. They can be used across multiple Audit Types and allow you to build your own scoring matrix, including setting of flagged and escalated items.
They are used as a way of creating options on a set of responses with scores allocated to them. For example, you may ask the cleanliness of storage area. This would then have 4 different responses; Poor, Satisfactory, Good and Very good. These can be given relevant scores, as in the example below:
How to Create and Manage Scored Response Sets?
To create or manage your Scored Response's you must first head to settings in the bottom left corner of your portal page. Once here scroll down to the Audit section and select the Scored Response Sets section.
From here you can edit any existing Scored Responses or create new ones. To create a new Scored Response set select the button that says Add Scored Response Set at the top left of the page.
This will then open a window for you to create and name your own Scored Response set and add responses you'd like to be used within that set by selecting the Add Response button. This window will then appear where you can add the response. Options you can configure include:
- Response Text: The text your users will see when selecting an option
- Score value: The points value given to your Audit when users select this option. The points value can be positive or negative.
- Colour: A custom colour for this response
- Flagged Response: Select if this checkbox if this option should be set as flagged (indicating a negative response)
- Escalation Response: Select if this checkbox if this option should be used to trigger an Escalation Report (indicating a critical issue)
Once you've added the responses required, press Save Response Set.
This will then appear on your list to use in your audits,
