How Do I Create A New Company?

To create a new company, you will need to click on the ‘Company’ tab to open the address book and then select the Create New Company button.

You will then need to fill in the sections of information to complete the company creation.

 The first deals with the company’s details. Company name and Company type are mandatory fields all the rest are optional.

(If you want the company to be able to access your Site Gateway they must be listed with a Company Type of either Contractor or Subcontractor.)

In the second section you can enter details for the company’s general contact if required.

You then have the choice to enter a Primary Contact.

Lastly you will create the Primary Site Details for the company.  Using this form and the site Map screen you can precisely enter the sites location by either, entering an address, Latitude and Longitude or selecting a location manually on the map.

Once you have set the location of your site you can use the Map tool to define the site boundary.  There are two ways of doing this, you can use the “Radius” option and adjust the slider to define your sites size.

Or you can use the “Area” option which allows you to manually draw out your sites borders on the Map.

Once you have completed these sections you can click “Save New Company”.
