What Do I Do When I've Forgotten My Password?

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it easily from the Work Wallet Login Page.

Click on the link "Forgot your password?".

You will then be asked to enter one of the following details:

• Email
• Mobile Number

Once you have entered one of these details you will be emailed a reset link to the email address we hold for you.

Click on the "Reset Your Password" link in the email and you will be asked to enter a new password.

You will now be able to return to the login page and login using your new password
