How Do I Set Up Clocking In Restrictions?

You can create rules around who clock in to your sites, to do this start by going into your wallet settings by clicking on the cog icon in the bottom left hand corner, and then select Clock In Restrictions.

Please note only Wallet Admins have access into the settings.

Then select the Create Rule button

Then fill in all the required fields. For this example, we have selected the MB site. You can customise restrictions for specific locations. In this case, we have set it so that individuals cannot clock in unless they have completed the named inductions or have a red card. To configure this, go to the 'Induction Validation Rule' dropdown and choose whether all inductions or at least one induction is required.

Once you are happy with the restrictions you have set, ensure that you click save.
