How Do I Change A User's Access Level?

To be able to amend another user's access level, yourself will already need to be set up as a Wallet Administrator. This access level will grant you access to all areas across the wallet including the settings.

To change a user, you will first need to locate them on the People page, under users and click onto their name.

This will then bring up the following page, however we want the user details tab which it located on the tab bar under their name.

Here you can change the user's access level, user type, job role and department, all of these options will have an affect on the user's access and visibility of the system.
