To begin, click on the 'Health & Safety' icon located in the left-hand navigation panel, and then choose 'Risk Assessments' from the options provided:
This will direct you to your Risk Assessment library, where you can view all of your completed and in-progress assessments.
Choose the Doc ID for the risk assessment you want to copy. After making your selection, you will be directed to a preview of the assessment, where you will find the option to 'Copy Risk Assessment.'
Once selected, the system will then take you to the Document Information page. Here, you will find that the original Risk Assessment information has been automatically populated into the fields. However, please note that the section pertaining to the nearest hospital will be left blank. This is intentional, as it allows you to tailor the information specifically to the new job site or project for which you are creating the copy. You can easily modify any of the pre-filled details as necessary, ensuring that the risk assessment is relevant and accurate for the intended location/job.
Once you have reviewed and confirmed the information on the Document information page, the next step is to identify the nearest hospital. To do this, click on the 'Auto Find Nearest Hospital' option. The system will automatically search for and display the closest hospital based on the location you provided. After this, simply click the 'Create Risk Assessment' button to complete the process. This action will generate your new risk assessment document, which you can then finalize and distribute as needed.
