Here, you will find that the original Risk Assessment information has been automatically populated into the fields. However, please note that the section pertaining to the nearest hospital will be left blank. This is intentional, as it allows you to tailor the information specifically to the new job site or project for which you are creating the copy. To do this, click on the 'Auto Find Nearest Hospital' option. The system will automatically search for and display the closest hospital based on the location you provided. After this, simply click the 'Create Risk Assessment' button to complete the process.
