How Do I Create An Audit Group?

To create a new audit group you will need to have the Wallet Administrator access level. This will then give you access to your wallet settings, go into Audits, then Audit Groups.

Now you can create an Audit Group

Give your Audit Group a name, and associate all you Audit Types to the group, for example all Audit Types that are relevant to Environmental can be grouped up here.

You can restrict who can conduct audits in this group, by adding job roles in the job titles field. Users will need to be listed on the system with one of the job roles you add in order to be able to conduct audits included in this audit group. If you want all users with an audit licence to be able to conduct audit within this group leave the job title field blank.

Ensure to select Save Audit Group to save any changes you have made.
