How Do I Enable/Disable Support Access?
To be able to access your Work Wallet settings page, you will need to have the access level of a Wallet Administrator.
First you will need to go into Configuration.
Then once here you can enable or disable support access.
Once you are happy with your changes, make sure you select save.
Please Note: Once you disable support access, Work Wallet Support will NOT be able to access your wallet if by any support, data input or investigation is needed required.
