To review a taken induction go into '*Inductions' *by selecting *People* in the left hand navigation panel, then *Inductions,* select the applicable induction :   Select the '*Pending Review'* tab: ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-18-38-5800-PM.png) Select '*Review' *against the user you wish to review the induction of :  Here you will see the Induction record document for review, once you are happy to review, select the '*Review'* tab:  ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-19-57-6313-PM.png)   Here you are able to either approve or reject the induction:  ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-21-55-7247-PM.png) If you choose to reject, the system will ask for you to provide reasoning :  ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-23-06-5682-PM.png)   The user in question will then receive an email to detail :  ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-23-45-1971-PM.png) The system will also display against the user the rejection :  ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-24-59-6767-PM.png) When approving an induction the system will prompt:![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-26-11-2622-PM.png) Once approved, the record of the user will show in the Completed Inductions tab :   ![Screenshot](https://support.work-wallet.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-02-2023-12-28-03-1894-PM.png) -
