How Do I Scan A Contact Tag & Assign PPE Through The App?

 

As long as you have the PPE Manager License you will be able to assign users their relevant PPE, to start off on your dashboard within the app, select the ' Scan Contact Tag'

Here you will use access of the mobile device's camera to scan the user's contact tag, this can be found through the user's profile on the desktop if they do not have a Contact Card.

This will then present the user's details where we can now assign PPE through the 'Assign PPE' button.

Here we can add the relevant items, for this example I have given them one set of Ear Defenders and one Hi Vis Jacket. We are also able to see at this point the quantity of items that is available at this stock location. Once you are happy with the items, select 'Assign PPE' at the bottom of the page.

Once saved, a prompt will appear at the top to let you know the updates to their assigned PPE has been saved. We can now see the items that have been assigned to this user and the expiry of the items if needing replacement.
