How do I set Job Role compliance requirements

To be able to access the settings page within your Work Wallet account, you will need to have the Wallet Administrator access level.

 

The Job Roles section can be found under People in your settings. Here we can assign requirements associated to each Job Role.

Here you are able to create a new Job Role and assign it a new requirement for users that require specific training / ID types under their assigned Job Role. Select Create Job Role.

For the purpose of this example there is a new Job Role for a First Aider, and selected Add Requirement, this bring up the following page, here you can mandate ID Documents required or Training. You can add multiple requirements and a Grace Period if necessary.

On the users list you will be able to  see on the right the rating for each user, for example there is red for users that do not have compliant training and ID records against their user records.

Key:

Red - Not Compliant.

Orange - Compliant, due to expire within the next 90 days.

Green - Compliant.

Grey - No Training Required.
