How Do I View Assets With Overdue Inspections or With Active Defects

From the Asset page there are a range of filters available within the filter panel. Please note you need the Asset Manager Licence to view the Asset page on the portal.

Select the Asset page from the left-hand navigation bar, you will find Assets under the Company Menu item.

To open the filter panel click on the grey filter button. 

You can filter down to display only assets that have overdue inspections, by selecting the Inspection Schedules overdue filter and clicking apply.

You can filter down to display only assets that have open defects by selecting the Defects Open filter and clicking apply.
