How Do I Manage A Site?
This help article will assist you with managing your sites, from archiving them to unarchiving them and viewing your archived sites.
How to archive a site
First log onto to the Work Wallet portal and go to the tab at the side called "Company"
This will load the sites tab.
Find the site you wish to view/manage and press the details button
Then it will take you to the sites page
You can amend details for the site and then click save. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see the archive button. Press this to archive the site.
How to Unarchive a site
First log onto to the Work Wallet portal and go to the tab at the side called "Company"
Then select the sites tab
Then select the filter button
Then select archive and apply, This will bring up all sites that have been archived.
From here you can find the site you want to unarchive, Select the site and you will see the green reactivate button at the top.
Once you press this you will get a confirmation window like this.
Once you have selected Yes - Reactivate the site will show up in your address book again.
