How to set a Site Document to be Available through the Site Gateway

You might want to make documents available through the Gateway so that your contractors can access them.

There are two ways to set a site document to be available through the site gateway.

Firstly, to make a Site Document available through the Site Gateway, you will need to log into your Work Wallet and head to the Company section from the main menu. From there, select Company Documents.

This will then bring up the Documents page. Here, you want to click on the Site Documents tab.

Once in the Site Documents section, find the document you want to update, then click on the document name to open the details.

You will now be on the Document Detail page. Click on Document Information.

In the Document Information area, click Edit Settings. Then toggle on the Enable option to make the document available through the Site Gateway.

Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply your changes.

The second way to do this, is to:

Log into your Work Wallet and head to the Company section from the main menu. From there, select Address Book.

This will then bring up the Address Book page. Here, you want to click on the Sites tab to view all your sites and search for the site you want.

You will then click Detail option. Once you have done that, click on the Site Documents tab.

In the Site Documents area, click on document to view the documents associated with the site.

Next, click on Document Information.

In the Document Information area, click Edit Settings, then toggle on the Enable option to make the document available through the Site Gateway.

Once selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply your changes.
