Work Wallet allows you to store a compendium of the Hazards & Controls that your workforce may encounter at any one of your sites in the completion of their work.
These Hazards & Controls will later be used in the building of your RISK assessment documents and will already contain all the relevant information and control measures making the process of raising these documents quick and straight forward.
For this reason, ensuring your Hazards & Controls library is complete and accurate will help to improve the efficiency of raising RISK Assessments.
You can manage your Hazards & Controls in the Risk Assessments menu within the "Settings" area of the portal, this can be accessed by clicking on the "Cog" symbol.
From here select the Hazards & Controls option to see a list of all the Hazards you currently hold within the portal.
Here you have the option to "Create a Risk" or edit one of those already listed.
The Hazard Category helps for you to organise the types of Hazards you create, for this example we have People as the Hazard Category. To create, edit or remove Hazard Categories, select the blue button under the drop down.
Having a Hazard Category is a mandatory requirement when creating a Hazard, if you do not need multiple to organise them, you can just create one and associate all hazards to the same category. Once you have done that you can enter all the RISK information which will populate your RISK Assessment including the likely harm, Control measures, Severity and Likelihood.
Once this information is saved it will be available for use in building your Tasks.
