What Is A Safety Card?
Safety Cards, or R/Y/G cards, are issued when observing positive/negative behaviour when on site. To access Safety Cards cards, from your main dashboard, navigate to People > Safety Card Reporting. There you have views that show issued cards, filtering and KPI options, as well as issuing new cards.
To issue a new card, just press the “Add New Safety Card” button in the top left of the main screen and follow the following wizard.
Signing a Card
Once a card has been created, there is the option to add a recipient signature. Either in the app or in the portal, select “Recipient Signature” where a box will load allowing you draw a signature. The date is also collected and added to the outputted document.
