The Work wallet app provides several easy ways to access your jobs when onsite. This can be done from the “Jobs” page by clicking the link on the navigation bar, or by Viewing all jobs on the home screen.
This is the easiest way to access your jobs for the day as they are clearly displayed under the “nearest Site” card.
From within the job main screen you can see the job address, including a map of its location and a button giving you the option to “clock in”. If you are arriving onsite to complete the job, then you should do this now.
If you scroll down, you will see further options. Here you can report an issue, issue a safety card, add a risk assessment or add an audit by clicking the relevant icon. You can also view the contacts for the job, including the job manager, site contact and team members.
At the bottom of the screen you will be able to view Audits, Risk Assessments, Photos and Supporting Documents. Here you can also mark the job as complete once work is completed.
Before doing this make sure all attached Audits have been completed.
