How Do I Change A User's Details?

To be able to amend another user's details, yourself will already need to be set up as a Wallet Administrator or an Enhanced user.

Firstly to change any user details, you will need to locate them on the People page, under Users and either search for or scroll through the list then click onto their name.

This will then bring up the following page, however we want the user details tab which it located on the tab bar under their name.

Here you can change the user's department, Scroll down to System Access and select the relevant department from the drop down.

In the same section you can change a users job role and add a line manager/s as an Enhanced user. If you are a wallet administrator you will have access to change the above areas and also User Type and User Access also.

Once selected and your changes have been made. Scroll to the bottom and click the save changes button in the bottom right hand corner.
