How Do I Report An Issue Through The Gateway?
To be able to report an issue through the gateway, the gateway license will need to be purchased and assigned to the site, to learn more on how to do this please click here.
Once you have activated your gateway license, you will now have access to your QR code, this can be downloaded and printed off to add to your site, or can be scanned through the portal. To scan, simply open your devices camera and select the hyperlink that appears.
You will then be asked to put in the PIN code provided on the QR poster.
Once you have input the access PIN code for the site, you have to option to log in through your company or register yourself as a new contact.
Once you have logged in/ registered, you will be presented with the below view, now we can select 'Report Issue'
Then fill in the relevant details regarding the issue you are reporting.
Then that's it. You've reported an issue through the gateway.
