How Do I Access User Records?
To view user records, navigate to the "People" option on your navigation panel and then click on "Users".
From this view, you will be able to access a comprehensive list of all the users who are currently active on your platform.
The RAG icons next to each user provide a quick visual of the status of their Job Role Requirement compliance. To learn more about Job Roles and compliance, click here
To view a user's record, you can easily click on their name and the system will automatically open their user profile. Within this profile, you will have access to all their identification information as well as the assigned PPE, Qualifications,Training, Safety Cards,Inductions and Risk Assessments that the user has Signed.
